Do you have too many email addresses? Or don’t want to check each inbox separately?

Perhaps different people have different email addresses to contact you as you’ve evolved your online communications over time.

There are three ways to combat this issue, without repeatedly having to check every separate mailbox.

The first is to add all your email accounts to Outlook. This will allow you to see which inboxes have emails incoming without you having to continually log in and log out of different accounts. 

If you’d prefer to not pay for an email program, you could try Thunderbird, made by the same organisation as Firefox.

The second solution is to set up an autoresponder. In all mailbox settings you can set up an automatic reply so that when people send emails, they’ll get an instant response. You can also use this feature if you’re away on holidays to let people know perhaps how long it will be until you’re back.

The third solution is to set up an auto-forwarder. This is a setting inside mailboxes that will forward an incoming email to your primary account. When you then reply to the email, you could let people know that you’ve changed your email address or they will often start replying to the email account you’re evidently using to respond.
