  The technician Cem couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and kind, and solved my issue at a very reasonable cost.  He has a special way of explaining and showing things, I feel I learn a little & become more independent  every time he helps.

  I had no idea what was wrong with my laptop and they fixed it so easily and quickly. The problem was explained simply and i was given a few options to fix it. I was really happy with the explanations and the work done. They took into account my limited budget and i had my laptop back within days. Would really recommend

  Excellent service fixing my laptop. I was only in Sydney for a week so they made sure to have everything ordered and fixed in time and were super helpful with updating me. Amazing customer service and my laptop is as good as new for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
