The technician Cem couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and kind, and solved my issue at a very reasonable cost.  He has a special way of explaining and showing things, I feel I learn a little & become more independent  every time he helps.

Ordered and replaced a keyboard on my Lenovo laptop.

The machine was difficult to get into, small finicky plastic bits broke in the process, but there was no other way to get into the laptop.  Hannah persevered and was able to diagnose the issue.  Special parts were required to put it back together (soldering etc) which meant that the job took longer than expected.

Nimble Nerds and Rob Wilson are the altermate professionals.  Courtesy in this day and age is a rare commodity.  But they have it in spades. It's been around 5 years that I have been using them and although I have remained the same size. Nimble Nerds have always made me feel like I'm an important person and customer.
