  The technician Cem couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and kind, and solved my issue at a very reasonable cost.  He has a special way of explaining and showing things, I feel I learn a little & become more independent  every time he helps.

  I had no idea what was wrong with my laptop and they fixed it so easily and quickly. The problem was explained simply and i was given a few options to fix it.
