Once again Rob delivered on service.  
A week before Christmas I didn't think I had a chance of a service call but Rob had one of his trusty "Nimble Nerds" come to me for a same day service.  Chris was personable and competent and solved our computer problem .. which was not really a computer problem but operator error.  However, Chris did resolve some other issues while he was here and it was no problem for him.
